Shenghao Xia is awarded a Carter Travel Award

Shenghao Xia is a Statistics & Data Science PhD student.  He travelled to Anaheim, California for the 2021 annual meeting of the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS).  Shenghao presented his research titled, “Penalized Linked Component Analysis for Spatial-Temporal Burst Detection in Water Distribution Systems”.
